Study and evaluation materials are for online use only and shall not be reproduced.

Members must complete the course evaluation section prior to receiving credit.

Any member operating outside the parameters listed above may be subject to dismissal from the Continuing Education Program and may be subject to other sanctions appropriate to the infraction.

Users who fail any online written evaluation more than three times shall not be permitted to repeat the course online and no continuing education credits will be issued.
