• Members may only use the user ID and password assigned to them.
• Members are NEVER permitted to Log in using another person's credentials.
• Study and evaluation materials are intellectual property for online use only and shall not be reproduced.
• Members must complete the course evaluation survey prior to receiving credit.
• Any member operating outside the parameters listed above may be subject to dismissal from the Continuing Education Program and may be subject to other sanctions appropriate to the infraction.
• Users who fail any online written evaluation three times shall not be permitted to repeat the course online and no continuing education credits will be issued.

URGENT REGISTRATION UPDATE

The UH EMS Institute Online Continuing Education Platform has been re worked and now resides on the uhems.org website. All members wanting to stay in the system must register in the new system must register again by clicking the button below and then click on "Individuals Register Now". All eligibility requirements apply. Existing members shall as soon as possible print out their certificates from courses complete in the old system. The old site will be closed in the near future. Records will still be kept in our office as per OAC 4765.

To participate in the UH EMS Institute Online Continuing Education you must meet the eligibility requirements
To be eligible you must be in UH med command AND be on your department's UH class sign in sheet roster. If you do not meet both eligibility requirements your registration will not be validated.
